My, My, My Buy Solar Panels

Do you want to save thousands of dollars off your energy bill?  Of course you do. Everyone wants to reduce their cost and save as much as possible on how much they spend each month to run their households. The question is how do we do that.

There are many new alternative energy options available on the market today from wind powered generators, water turbines, solar heat panels, and other forms of homemade electricity but knowing what is best in the home can be challenging. While I was in the middle of doing research for myself I spoke with a friend of mine who had her environmental MBA and asked her the best thing she had uncovered through her research was and she just said, “My, my, my buy solar panels.”

Her response was quick and direct and surprised me so I asked her to elaborate why she felt so strongly about them.  I explained that my studies showed that a basic solar installation from a retailer can cost well over $20,000 and take 30 years to pay back and that I could not afford to invest that much and even if I did it didn’t seem to make financial sense.

She agreed and said that was simply too much for many people to afford and the pay back time was far too long and that is what prompted her to do some research into how the solar panels are created and how she could make them herself. She soon found out that it was possible to make solar panels for much less than retail price and save thousands of dollars.  She said she found a kit and simple instructions and ended up building 2 small solar panels for under $100 for the small power need she required to run some lighting and a refrigerator in her garage. Her response of, “My, my, my buy solar panels,” was now starting to make sense.

Apparently it is very easy to make a solar panel that produces up to 120 watts of power and you can then join these panels together to produce over 1KW of power.  Not only does this reduce your power bills and reduce your households environmental impact but it also increases the value of your home.  What is even better is the fact that you don’t need to be a builder or a contractor because with the right information and step-by-step guides anybody can make solar panels.

Imagine being able to go camping without a noisy generator and use a simple solar panel to power your camping electrical needs. Perhaps you could make enough power to power your entire household for free and get solar tax credits and rebates.  Maybe you could even start a business making panels and profit while doing your part for the environment.  In any case, the research indicates that if you have the right kit, such as the earth4Energy kit that my friend used you too might be saying, “My, my, my buy solar panels.”

With the ever increasing costs of living, there is no better time than right now to stop throwing money out the window and start generating your own electricity.  It really does make sense to build your own solar panels, especially when it is affordable and easy. If you are interested in learning exactly how to generate power and reduce your bill then this is the perfect resource for you.
